1. Reseller Levels

NewDay Mail offers a tiered reseller program with different levels of benefits, requirements and discounts. Resellers are classified into four levels based on their performance, experience and commitment:

Level 1: Authorized Reseller

  • Requirements:
    • Complete the reseller application and approval process.
    • Minimum annual sales commitment of $10,000.

    • Access to beta features and early product releases.
    • Exclusive access to marketing insights and trends.

Level 4: Platinum Reseller

  • Requirements:
    • Achieve a minimum annual sales commitment of $100,000.
    • Demonstrate outstanding performance as a Gold reseller.
  • Benefits:
    • 30% discount on all digital marketing services.
    • Priority access to the NewDay Mail executive team.
    • Joint planning and business strategy sessions.
    • Invitation to exclusive events and training programs.

2. Responsibilities of the reseller

2.1. Sales Commitment: Resellers at each level must meet the annual sales commitment specified for their level. Failure to meet this commitment may result in a change in tier status or termination of the reseller agreement.

2.2. Customer Service: Resellers are responsible for providing primary customer service to their customers, including handling inquiries, resolving issues, and managing customer relationships. NewDay Mail will provide support to resellers as needed.

2.3. Marketing and Promotion: Resellers are encouraged to actively market and promote NewDay Mail's digital marketing services within their target market. There are co-branded marketing materials and resources available to assist in these efforts.

2.4. Compliance: Resellers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when marketing and reselling NewDay Mail services. Any unethical or non-compliant behavior may result in termination of the reseller agreement.

3. Benefits and discounts

3.1. Discount structure: Each reseller level is entitled to a specific discount on NewDay Mail digital marketing services as described in their level benefits.

3.2. Marketing Support: Higher level resellers receive additional marketing support, including co-brand collateral, joint marketing campaigns, and access to exclusive marketing information.

3.3. Training and Resources: NewDay Mail provides training and resources to help resellers improve their product knowledge and sales techniques. Platinum resellers receive personalized training and strategy sessions.

3.4. Priority Support – Higher tier resellers enjoy priority support, ensuring that their customers' queries and issues receive prompt attention and resolution.

4. Reseller Agreement

Participation in the NewDay Mail reseller program requires the signing of a Reseller Agreement, which will outline the specific terms, conditions and obligations of the reseller relationship. The Reseller Agreement will include details on commissions, payment terms and termination clauses.
